deepset seeks an executive-level hunter/farmer to win EU institutional logos (ECB, Parliament, Council) and expand within the European Commission. The role combines strategic prospecting with ongoing account development across procurement, policy, and CIO/CTO offices in Brussels.

You will shape pre-tender opportunities, leverage a global AI platform, and build a Brussels-based franchise that grows through multi-year territory strategies and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Track record selling complex software to EU institutions with procurement experience.
• Existing network within EU institutional ecosystem and decision-makers.
• Experience in hunting logos and expanding existing installed accounts.
• Comfort with long sales cycles (12–24 months) and in-year expansion.

Responsabilités

• Build and convert a pipeline of new institutional logos in the EU.
• Navigate EU procurement processes and develop partner relationships for bids.
• Grow institutional accounts, especially the European Commission.
• Establish Brussels presence via events, speaking slots and executive roundtables.
• Cultivate CIO/CTO offices, policy units, and procurement functions.
• Own account plans, stakeholder maps, and multi-year territory strategy.
