Zusammenfassung

The International School of Brussels is seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive in Brussels. You will build and nurture partnerships with embassies, international organisations, NATO, the UN, the European Commission and multinational companies to drive student enrolments.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you will spend approximately 80% of time visiting potential and existing partners, with the rest on planning, CRM updates, and internal coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales or business development track record.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage accounts and drive enrolments through proactive outreach.

Aufgaben

• Build a priority account portfolio with named contacts.
• Design tailored outreach strategies for each group.
• Generate new opportunities through meetings and site visits.
• Develop revenue initiatives and sponsorship proposals.
• Grow and manage existing partnerships with regular visits and reviews.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Finance to forecast starts.
