UNDP Brussels Representation Office seeks an internship to support partnerships work and regional engagement with the EU, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will contribute to pipeline follow-up, verifications, mission preparation, and knowledge management within a collaborative team.

The role offers exposure to international development, policy engagement, and capacity-building activities, with duties across coordination, documentation, and stakeholder support in a dynamic Brussels office.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in the final year of a first university degree programme (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (Master’s or higher) preferably in International Relations or related field.
• Have recently graduated and must start the internship within one year of graduation.
• Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship programme.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline follow-up: track EU-funded partnership opportunities and maintain entries in internal systems.
• Verifications: provide documentation and coordination with CMU for project verification exercises.
• Mission support: assist in planning and logistics for regional missions and visits to Brussels.
• Knowledge management: update briefing materials, ensure UNDP branding consistency, and share results with EU, Belgium and Luxembourg partners.
