Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to support the leadership team in shaping strategy, improving operational performance, and driving scalable growth in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to develop KPIs, build business cases, and deliver cross-functional projects that unlock efficiency and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in technology or high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to process optimisation initiatives.
• Experience with CRM or BI platforms.
• Ability to present insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify opportunities.
• Build business cases, financial models, and exec presentations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor strategic initiatives for on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and OKR processes.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and executives.
