Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring a Digital Functional / Business Analyst to support the rollout of a large-scale eCommerce platform for a leading online retailer. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions to ensure a seamless digital experience for customers and internal users.

You will work with product owners, developers and UX teams, gather detailed requirements, write user stories, and help with UAT and adoption activities in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in a functional/business analyst role within digital or eCommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specs and support implementation.
• Experience with user adoption activities such as training or UAT coordination.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define digital strategy and translate vision into requirements.
• Drive requirements gathering, user stories and process documentation.
• Analyze and optimize digital workflows to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and UX teams throughout lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing, training and adoption activities.
• Maintain product backlog and align priorities with business goals.
• Monitor progress and help resolve issues to keep deliverables on track.
