Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in CRM consulting, digital transformation, or business development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of winning and managing major accounts.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Define CRM strategies and lead full lifecycle transformation projects.
• Mentor and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
• Manage the commercial pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation to project delivery.
• Represent the firm at events, in marketing campaigns, and through thought leadership.
