Zohorecruit seeks an AI/Data Strategy Manager to shape and drive data-driven strategies. You will partner with stakeholders, lead AI initiatives from conception to execution, and translate complex analytics into actionable business strategies.

You will oversee governance, stay ahead of AI trends, and guide teams across business units to deliver measurable impact. This role offers office flexibility in Mechelen, Leuven, or Ghent with a dynamic, outcome-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a strategy role within a consulting firm or a dynamic business setting.
• Strong understanding of and passion for the transformative role of data and AI in industries and organizations.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

• Act as a bridge between AI/datascience teams and business units, translating technical insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Manage analytics projects from ideation through implementation to ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
• Shape team direction and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Provide proactive guidance to both internal and client stakeholders on data and AI opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data science and AI.
• Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional team management and deliver results in client-focused environments.
