Job summary

Zohorecruit is assisting a Brussels-based client in finding a Strategy Analyst to drive market research, modelling, and strategic initiatives. You will analyze data, build frameworks, and present actionable insights to senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in strategy/analytics, strong data skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools), and excellent communication. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic models and frameworks for business planning.
• Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives and performance programs.
