VF Corp. seeks a Manager, Kipling Performance Marketing to lead the Kipling digital performance agenda from Antwerp. You will drive full‑funnel paid media strategy across search, shopping, social, YouTube and emerging channels, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to hit growth and brand objectives.

You will own KPIs, dashboards and agency partnerships, and apply test‑and‑learn approaches to optimize ROAS and CVR. English fluency required; other European languages a plus.

Formación

• You should have 5+ years in digital and performance marketing with proven growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and budget management skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency with GA, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GSC and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute and optimize full‑funnel campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Social, YouTube, TikTok and more.
• Define paid media KPIs, build dashboards and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Manage media agency relationships and coordinate multi‑platform campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Trade, Finance and VF Central teams to align plans with financial goals.
• A/B test creatives, content and targeting to improve performance.
• Support CRM/digital media integration to grow first‑party data assets.
• Plan and track digital media investment against targets and Kipling’s brand identity.
• Stay ahead on AI applications and digital marketing best practices.
