Job summary

Antwerp Management School (AMS) seeks an L&D Advisor for our Customised Executive Education team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose strategic, organisational, leadership and performance challenges, translate analysis into customised executive education, and lead commercial negotiations.

You’ll manage the sales cycle, engage faculty, and ensure impact across AMS client engagements. You will add value by developing proposals, building sustainable client relationships, and
