Air Liquide in Belgium seeks an HR Benefit & Labor Law Manager to lead employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain a respectful, confidential workplace. You will partner with managers to shape social dialogue and implement fair policy across Benelux.

Key focus areas include simplifying compensation and benefits, updating policies, and guiding stakeholders through social consultations, with a strong emphasis on ethics, discretion, and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience in an international matrix organisation.
• Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics at Benelux level.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor and fiscal laws and regulations at Benelux level.
• Languages: Working knowledge of Dutch, French & English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in HR projects where social consultation or the socio-legal context is important.
• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to renovate social dialogue and local social industrial strategy.
• Support organization and smooth running of formal and informal social consultations (works council and union delegation).
• Guide stakeholders on social consultation and ensure preparation, negotiation, and implementation of company collective labor agreements and employment regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and engagement during business transformations.
• Provide guidance and develop policy for disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory employment issues and provide benchmarking insights.
