Jobtailor seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to lead social compliance and stakeholder engagement across a Benelux context.

You will advise on disciplinary processes, labour law, and compensation topics while guiding business units in social consultations within an international matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience in an international matrix organisation.
• Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits topics at Benelux level.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor & fiscal laws and regulations at Benelux level.
• Working knowledge of Dutch, French & English.
