Our client is a large Belgian organization that requires a Legal Advisor to provide guidance on employment and wellbeing legislation across multiple entities. You will interpret laws, draft internal policies, and monitor evolving regulations to support HR-related matters.

This role involves coordinating with external law firms, guiding internal stakeholders on employment-related disputes, and contributing to cross-functional legal and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Provide legal advice on workplace wellbeing and employment law matters.
• Interpret legislation and case law and translate them into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Draft and update internal policies and regulations.
• Monitor legal developments and communicate their impact across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate litigation and administrative disputes related to wellbeing matters.
