The candidate will guide objective setting, calibration, and development planning, while partnering with digital teams to embed analytics and responsible AI into talent workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of global Talent Management experience including performance cycles, calibration, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders in an international matrix.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong facilitation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated talent and performance plans across departments with governance and risk escalation.
• Lead objective setting and performance review cycles with guidance, briefings, and calibration support.
• Collaborate with partners to align development plans with organizational priorities.
• Evaluate rating systems to ensure fair, evidence-based calibration decisions.
• Redesign talent review processes to strengthen succession readiness.
• Execute redesigned talent processes using success profiles, readiness evidence, and data tools.
• Partner with digital teams to embed analytics and responsible AI in talent workflows.
