ITZU is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the financial activities of two closely related entities in Belgium. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape the financial strategy, and ensure BE GAAP compliance while driving digitalization of processes.

You will report to the CFO and coordinate group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential, with a strong track record in accounting and controlling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics/finance (TEW, Handelsingenieur, or Accountancy & Audit)
• 8+ years' management experience, industrial or public sector preferred
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong grounding in accounting, financial reporting and controlling
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic leadership aligning multiple stakeholders
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary finance teams (FP&A, accounting, and sales)
• Oversee financial strategy, processes, and governance
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and business planning at group level
• Prepare, analyze and review financial and management reports
• Digitize closing, reporting and financial data processes
• Ensure BE GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate year-end closings, audits and external contacts
• Develop internal controls and financial risk management
• Coordinate tax obligations (VAT and direct taxes)
• Monitor and optimize the investment portfolio and advise management
