Elia Group is seeking a Real Time EMS & SCADA Engineer to lead rollout and maintenance of IT tools for EMS/SCADA in the Belgian energy sector. You will work with IT and business teams to define priorities, validate requirements, and supervise releases. Knowledge of real-time protocols (ICCP, IEC104, CGMES) and strong collaboration with developers are essential.

The role is based near Brussels with a hybrid on-site/remote working arrangement and travel as needed to project sites in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT and/or electricity.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real-time contexts.

Responsabilités

• Be a functional and technical expert for SCADA and EMS solutions.
• Prioritize projects with the business and coordinate with IT teams.
• Validate specifications and translate into design using .NET technologies.
• Coordinate with internal/external developers and monitor project releases.
• Provide end-user support and maintain developed solutions.
