Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics or business administration.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with 10+ years in supply chain.
• Proven leadership in large FMCG or B2B companies.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
• Ability to manage change in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Define CSC objectives and lead roadmaps for Benelux/DACH.
• Collaborate with country MDs to meet service level and growth.
• Drive 18-month demand planning with Sales and European DP teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions.
• Lead S&OE processes and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and implement WE/European CSC productivity initiatives.
• Provide leadership to direct reports and manage team performance.
