Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Sales Support / Internal Sales professional to strengthen commercial relationships and drive operational excellence. The role links customers, Key Account Managers, and internal departments for pricing, forecasting, and contract management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Demand Planning, Finance, Pricing, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer needs into actionable business solutions while maintaining a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong sales/ CS background.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office is required.
• Proven track record in customer handling and sales management.
• Ability to deliver on-time, accurate data and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support and co-lead commercial relationships with customers alongside KAMs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill product requests and onboarding.
• Prepare quotations and assist pricing administration.
• Generate customer and sales reports and analyze performance.
• Help manage contracts, forecasts and opportunities, ensuring KPIs are met.
