Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Belgium and the Netherlands seeks an experienced Solutions Area Director Datacenter & Cloud.

You will lead a cross-border team of Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects to own opportunities end-to-end, drive revenue growth, and align initiatives with the company strategy. Qualifications

• Ten years+ IT solutions and professional services sales experience in datacenter & cloud transformation.
• Experience managing Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure services market and partner networks.
• Experience in sales enablement and broad P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects in Belgium and the Netherlands to own opportunities end-to-end.
• Drive quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets, budgets and responsibilities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and KPIs to the Director Solutions BENE.
• Develop innovative solutions aligned with Computacenter’s strategic goals and vendor relationships.
• Report to the Director Solutions BENE and coordinate with sales, pre-sales and alliances teams.
• Manage strategic customer engagements and drive profitable delivery of professional services-led projects.
• Support marketing initiatives for BENE Solutions and maintain relationships with key vendors.
