Walls Construction is seeking a Contracts Manager in Belgium to lead contract administration and commercial management for multiple projects. You will interpret contracts, manage claims and variations, and coordinate with project teams and suppliers to protect the company’s position and enable on‑time delivery.

You will develop procurement strategies, maintain registers and KPI reporting, and lead negotiation efforts with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management within construction.
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract and change control procedures.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining contract registers and audit trails.

Responsabilités

• Lead contract administration across projects, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Provide commercial advice on scope, risks and change control to project teams.
• Prepare notices, claims, variation notices and extension of time.
• Assess variations, claims and commercial submissions for senior stakeholders.
• Administer subcontracts and supply agreements; monitor milestones and payments.
• Maintain contract registers, risk logs and DMS records for transparency.
• Support procurement by preparing contract docs and assisting in awards.
• Lead dispute avoidance and coordinate with legal advisors when needed.
• Train project teams on contract processes and obligations.
• Prepare commercial reports and KPI updates for management.
• Attend project meetings and ensure timely communication of contractual matters.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and data security compliance in all activities.
