highr is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a data centre project in Belgium. The role requires managing drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts across MEP and CSA packages from tender through commissioning and handover.

The successful candidate will lead commercial strategy, procurement, and risk mitigation while coordinating with clients, senior management, design teams and external partners on a multi-site build.

Competenze

• 5+ years of dedicated contract or commercial management experience in large-scale environments.
• Direct exposure coordinating turnkey deliveries including CSA plus MEP infrastructure.
• University degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Contract Administration & Compliance: manage and administer complex contracts to schedule and budget.
• Commercial Strategy & Procurement: oversee subcontractor procurement, bid assessments, tendering and change orders.
• Stakeholder & Supply Chain Coordination: act as primary interface between clients, operations, design teams and delivery partners.
• Risk Mitigation & Reporting: identify contractual risks, maintain insurance registry, prepare monthly reports.
