BESIX Group is seeking a Project Manager Contract to oversee contractual matters across project lifecycles—from opportunity to closeout—within our diversified construction activities. You will coordinate variation orders, contract reviews, and documentation while aligning with Head Office legal support.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with on-site construction experience, and fluent French with strong English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience on site in the construction sector.
• Fluent in French; good English communication; Dutch appreciated but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Collaborative with project team; rigorous and analytical.

Responsabilités

• Manage variation orders, time impact analyses, claims, litigations; in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Lead review of contract Terms and Conditions.
• Prepare agreements, NDAs and required contractual documentation.
• Negotiate and finalize project agreements with Head Office legal support.
• Set up procedures and templates to ease contract management for the project team.
• Advise and assist in subcontract preparation, negotiation, and changes.
• Support project team with contract changes and development of contract management strategy.
• Report on all contractual matters.
