The Synergist in Brussels is actively seeking a Communications Manager to shape and execute multi‑channel communication strategies across programmatic portfolios and organizational initiatives. You will translate briefs into structured comms plans and personally drive delivery from copy to publication.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Comms, you balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, coordinating with program directors, partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, campaign management, or multi‑channel delivery.
• Ability to translate complex briefs into structured, results‑driven communication plans.
• Strong written and verbal English; experience coordinating with partners and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute multi‑channel communications strategies across assigned portfolios and initiatives.
• Drive end‑to‑end campaign delivery from copywriting to publication across digital channels.
• Coordinate with Program Directors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are impactful and on budget.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and web developers; oversee production schedules and QA.
• Provide program reporting and performance insights to guide future work.
