Job summary

Brum Smith in Brussels is seeking a senior PR professional to lead client and project management, delivering strategic communications for notable brands. You will write corporate materials, manage media and influencer relations, and coordinate cross-functional teams under senior guidance.

The role requires 5–10 years in PR, native Dutch with fluent French and English, and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in PR or corporate communications.
• Agency or corporate communication background.
• Strong writing and ability to structure clear messages.
• Solid understanding of media relations and influencer relations.
• Comfortable managing several clients and projects simultaneously.
• Curious, reliable and able to take ownership of your work.
• Native Dutch with professional fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and manage communication projects from briefing to delivery.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate internal account teams and guide junior colleagues in execution.
• Share insights, progress and recommendations with senior consultants.
• Develop and write corporate communication materials such as press releases, statements, articles and briefing notes.
• Support media relations and influencer relations efforts, including pitching and media handling.
• Help position clients in debates through clear messaging and storytelling.
• Adapt content across channels, including media, owned platforms and social media.
