Speos in Belgium seeks a Customer Service Specialist to lead a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day contract execution across financial, operational, logistical and commercial aspects. You will maintain proactive communication, resolve issues, and develop long-term client relationships.

With 7–10 years of B2B client management experience, you will coordinate with Sales, IT, Production, Logistics and Finance, leveraging CRM tools to optimise service delivery and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7–10 years of client management experience in a complex B2B environment.
• Strong experience coordinating with Sales, IT, Production, Logistics, Finance and Billing.
• Excellent command of CRM and operational monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as the client’s main contact after Sales and Project Manager phases and onboard clients onto the Speos platform.
• Monitor daily service delivery and manage administrative tasks for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and handle simple first-line incidents.
• Ensure production instructions in Axode meet contractual requirements and are clear for Production.
• Monitor client payments and communicate discrepancies to ensure reliable collection.
• Prepare monthly production forecasts and model client behavior in internal tools.
• Organise annual service reviews and present status, improvements, and opportunities.
