Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Consulting, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or related industries.
• Proven track record in account management, business development, and strategic client engagement at Director/MD/Partner level.
• Strong TTL sector experience including rail operators, infrastructure managers, airports, ports, or logistics providers.
• Established network within France and Benelux transportation ecosystem.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Based in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg with willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own account strategies and growth plans for strategic TTL clients across France and Benelux.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement, market intelligence, and strategic account planning.
• Shape and position value-driven solutions aligned with client objectives and transformation needs.
• Define and execute commercial strategies driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, budgeting, forecasting, and overall commercial governance.
• Support development, coaching, and engagement of account teams and future leaders.
