EngiFlex is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Belgium to drive change delivery for strategic projects and support the Change Office in embedding a change-oriented culture. You will coach project managers on people and adoption aspects of transformation, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective communication, training and events across the organisation.

Role requires experience with HRIS implementations, multi-language fluency (FR/NL/EN) and familiarity with Agile principles.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in change management within complex environments.
• Certified in ADKAR/Prosci or has past certification.
• Experience supporting implementation and positioning of a new department and team.
• Hands-on change management for operator and white-collar profiles.
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

This role focuses on delivering change management on strategic initiatives while also contributing to the rollout of a sustainable change culture across the organisation.

The work is structured around two main areas:

• Driving change delivery for strategic projects


• Supporting the Change Office and helping embed change practices within the organisation

In this position, you support and coach teams, programme managers and project managers on the people and adoption aspects of transformation initiatives.

You may be involved in projects such as:

• Implementation of digital tools, including an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)


• Deployment of digital solutions for technical and field-based employees


• Creation, implementation and positioning of a new department and team


• Further development of the Change Office and reinforcement of a change-oriented culture

Depending on the project, your responsibilities include:

• Building and communicating the project story and change narrative


• Identifying and mapping impacted stakeholders


• Assessing the impact on different stakeholder groups and clarifying the changes they will experience


• Defining a structured change management plan with the right approach and actions to foster engagement and adoption


• Coordinating and supporting change activities such as communication, training, workshops and events


• Creating clear and engaging communication materials


• Developing and delivering training initiatives


• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management across multiple levels


• Measuring adoption and adjusting the approach when needed


• Working in line with Agile principles


• Managing resistance to change within complex projects


• Providing multilevel reporting on change progress, risks and adoption

You also contribute to the definition and execution of an action plan that helps anchor a lasting change culture across the organisation.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in change management within complex environments.


• You are certified, or have been certified in the past, in ADKAR / Prosci.


• You have proven experience supporting the implementation and positioning of a new department and team.


• You have hands-on experience with change management for both operator profiles (blue collar) and digital/administrative profiles (white collar).


• You bring proven experience with change management in HRIS implementation projects.


• Experience in an HR environment is required.


• Experience in the energy sector is essential.


• You are comfortable establishing and helping implement a Change Office.


• You have experience with business process optimisation and project management.


• You are familiar with methodologies such as ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter's model and Lewin's model.


• You are able to work with Excel and Power BI.


• You communicate fluently in French, Dutch and English.
