Job summary

HumanInTech in Belgium seeks a senior business change consultant to coach a public-sector leadership team through a major digital transformation. You will facilitate discovery, diagnosis, and joint decision-making to strengthen accountability and cross-team collaboration. The assignment runs from late November 2026 to late November 2027.

It is part-time (2 days per week) and hybrid, based in Namur, with on-site presence at least 60%. Fluency in French is required; references may be requested.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience as a business change consultant.
• Senior-level experience in supporting leadership teams and senior leaders.
• Expert-level communication skills.
• Experience in team coaching.
• Experience in change management.
• Proven track record with large organisations, preferably in the public sector or organisations of comparable size.
• Fluent French (proficiency level).
• Service-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, creative and flexible.
• Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and diagnosis: conduct listening sessions with leadership and key management groups, focusing on a designated department.
• Feedback to the leadership team: share diagnosis and propose next steps with leaders.
• Collective work sessions: organise one or more working sessions, including a seminar-style session, and prepare with participants.
• Anchoring and follow-up: monitor commitments and offer occasional individual support as needed.
