Job summary

HumanInTech seeks an expert change coach to support leadership teams in a large public sector or equivalent organisation. The role focuses on governance, culture change, and accountability, working closely with the director general and the management committee.

12-month assignment, part-time (2/5), hybrid in Namur, Belgium. Freelance or employee of HumanInTech with French-language delivery. Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-unit stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Certified coach at PCC level (Professional Certified Coach).
• Certified team coach at ACTC level (Advanced Certified Team Coach).
• Expert-level experience in supporting management committees.
• Expert-level experience in supporting senior leaders.
• Expert-level communication skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of collective intelligence approaches.
• Expert-level IT knowledge.
• Senior-level knowledge of agile methods.
• Senior-level experience in change management.
• Proficiency in French (C2 level).

Responsibilities

• Discoверy and diagnosis through listening sessions with committee members and expanded management community.
• Provide feedback to the committee with diagnosis and next steps.
• Conduct collective work sessions including seminar-style sessions; prepare participants.
• Anchoring and follow-up: monitor commitments and offer ad hoc individual support on request.
