Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking an experienced coach to guide a Belgian public-sector leadership committee through a structured change process. You will work with the director and committee, conducting listening sessions and facilitation, focusing on shared responsibility, collective problem-solving, and evidence-based feedback.

Fluency in French (C2) is essential, with a track record of MCC-level certification and change-management expertise.

Qualifications

Expert-level experience coaching management committees and senior leaders, ideally in the public sector or comparable large organisations.
Proven mastery of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and governance coaching.
Certified-level expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR) and collective intelligence techniques.

Responsibilities

Coach the leadership team through a structured change process to foster shared responsibility and joint decision-making.
Conduct individual listening sessions with the management committee and up to ~50 managers.
Present diagnosis and propose an adjusted approach to the committee.
Facilitate collective working sessions, including a seminar-style event, and prepare these sessions with participants.
Follow up on commitments made by the committee and provide occasional individual support as needed.
