Netcompany Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex software projects. You will translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the SDLC from planning through UAT.

You bring 8+ years of BA experience, strong English communication, and a solid grasp of APIs, databases and system integrations, ideally with large-scale or public-sector systems and SAFe/LeSS exposure.

Qualifications

Must have university degree in a related field and 8+ years as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
Experience collaborating with developers, architects and testers in Agile teams.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
Work with developers, architects, testers, Product Owners and Project Managers across the SDLC.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and UAT.
Refine requirements to ensure alignment between business and technical delivery.
Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery within a large enterprise or public-sector context.
