Job summary

Isabel is seeking a Business Developer to drive new corporate growth, focusing on KYC and ESG solutions within Kube. You will build a sustainable pipeline, identify prospects, and convert opportunities from initial contact to collaboration, aligning with the ICP.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B/SaaS, a hunter mindset, and fluency in Dutch and French with strong English skills. A hybrid working model and cross-functional collaboration await.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, business development, or similar roles in B2B/SaaS/financial services.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive with ability to open new markets and create opportunities.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English.
• Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and hitting growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage new corporate prospects focusing on onboarding, compliance, risk management, and ESG reporting.
• Generate a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound outreach with marketing support.
• Identify lookalike prospects based on successful customers and open new markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
