Hitachi Energy is seeking a Contract, Bid and Proposal Management Experienced Professional to support the preparation and execution of service tenders, quotations, and contract proposals. The role collaborates with Service Sales Managers, technical specialists, and senior bid managers to develop competitive, compliant offers.

You will coordinate bid activities across sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders, review requirements, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in tendering, quotation management or contract administration.
• Experience in technical/industrial environments preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and business communications.

Responsabilités

• Support preparation and coordination of service tenders, quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate bid activities with sales, engineering, operations and stakeholders.
• Review customer requirements, identify deviations and prepare clarifications.
• Assist in contract review and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain tender documentation and proposal records.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity assessment during tenders.
• Support cost calculations, pricing reviews and commercial evaluations.
• Monitor bid schedules and ensure timely task completion.
• Assist with contract amendments and change requests.
