Hitachi Energy is seeking a Tender & Quotation Specialist to support the Benelux region. You will analyze customer requirements, develop cost estimates, and create competitive, compliant tender submissions in collaboration with sales, engineering, legal, and project teams.

You will manage schedules, communicate during clarifications and negotiations, and maintain records to drive bid success while identifying process improvements and learning opportunities within a dynamic international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of tender management, bid management, quotations, or similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical, cost estimation, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and commercial information into clear proposals.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, legal, and project management teams to analyze customer requirements, develop cost estimates, and create winning tender submissions. Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in tender management, bid management, quotations, or a similar commercial role.
• You possess strong analytical skills and experience with cost estimation and financial analysis.
• You communicate effectively and can translate complex technical and commercial information into clear proposals.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience with CRM, ERP, or tender management systems.
