Thales Belgium is seeking a Leader of Quality Assurance Management Team Leader to oversee and coordinate quality activities across bids, projects, and interfaces. You will ensure consistent, robust quality practices throughout the lifecycle, supporting business performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Quality Management.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, transportation, energy, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with bids, development projects, and industrial programs.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and improve the Bid & Project Quality Assurance framework across Thales Belgium.
• Coordinate quality practices across bids and projects; align with sites and programs.
• Provide expertise on critical quality topics and escalate major risks or deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs for quality performance.
• Represent Thales Belgium in Group Quality networks and governance meetings.
