Infogene Belgium, part of the Vulcain Engineering Group, is seeking a BI / Data Analyst to join its teams. You will translate business needs into reporting and data solutions, and design dashboards, reports and KPIs for business users.

You will collect, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability, analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance. Fluency in English is required, with French and/or Dutch appreciated.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; 3–8 years BI/Data analysis experience.
• Experience with reporting, dashboarding and data visualization tools.
• Professional proficiency in English; French and/or Dutch fluency appreciated.
• Experience in Energy/Utilities/Life Sciences/Industrial environments is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Understand business needs and translate them into reporting and data solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs for business users.
• Collect, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver insights.
• Support data governance initiatives by promoting data quality and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through data visualizations and business-focused presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, analytical models and decision-support tools.
