CRONOS is seeking a BI/Data Engineer to translate business needs into data models and KPI definitions, and contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives including data platform design, ETL, and dashboard development.

You will help establish BI governance, definitions, and a single source of truth, engage with business and technical stakeholders, deliver with quality, and share knowledge within the team.

• Strong affinity with BI and dashboards that drive action.

You translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. You bring structure: definitions, models, principles, and dashboards that are correct, performant, and easy to adopt.

What you’ll do

• Contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives: data platform design/implementation, ETL, dashboard development & maintenance.

• Engage with stakeholders: advise, align, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions.
• Stay on top of BI/DataViz evolutions and share knowledge within the team.

Skills we’re looking for

Must-have

• Experience with data platform and data modelling.
• Solid understanding of data architecture.
• Strong affinity with BI & data visualisation (dashboards that drive action).

Nice-to-have

• Any experience with visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Looker.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong knowledge of English.
