5thfloor in Belgium seeks a data professional to join the Data team including BI architects, analysts, and developers. You will collaborate with business experts and Product Owners to deliver reliable decision-support solutions and maximise impact.

You will translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, and acceptance criteria, participate in workshops, and support adoption of new solutions through testing and proactive communication. Fluency in French and good English required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and analytical databases in a BI/DW context.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and Kimball dimensional modelling principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.

Responsabilités

• Join a Data team and collaborate with BI architects, analysts, and developers to deliver reliable decision-support solutions.
• Translate business challenges into concise analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Lead workshops with business experts and end-users to gather and formalize needs.
