Gaming1 is seeking a BI Developer in Belgium to design and evolve data pipelines and data products that feed business insights and executive dashboards. You will translate data into KPI-driven analyses, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with operational teams on ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• You think in data products, treating pipelines, datasets and dashboards as end-to-end products.
• You are analytical and business-oriented, focusing on impact.
• You are technically solid with SQL and Python (or PySpark) and understand data modeling and performance.
• You value quality, governance, clean code, and reproducibility.
• You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency: strong (B2+).
• Core: SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Data & Modeling: Relational databases, schema evolution.
• BI & Analytics: Power BI and reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Pipelines & Automation: Cloud-based data pipelines and reusable components.
• Governance & Quality: Data quality controls, documentation, access management.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and evolve robust data pipelines and domain-oriented data products, from ingestion to consumption.
• Turn data into value by delivering KPIs, dashboards and analyses used by business and executive teams.
• Ensure trust and quality with data quality controls, governance principles, and monitoring.
• Support the business with ad-hoc analyses and monitoring of processes.
• Grow the data culture by documenting, training, and guiding stakeholders.
• Contribute to the data roadmap and propose improvements.
