Atlas Copco Group is seeking a BI/Data Engineer for our Wilrijk, Belgium location. You will design and develop reports and dashboards, advise on data models and architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data products for Operations and Technical Support.

Join a diverse international team, work in a hybrid setup, and contribute to data-driven decisions using PowerBI, SQL, Spark, Python and Databricks. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Fluent in English (oral and written).
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools/principles and dimensional modelling. We use PowerBI but other BI tools share similar concepts.
• Experience with Data Engineering principles, SQL, Spark and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and documentation practices.
• Interested in modern technologies, AI usage to improve efficiency and industrial data contexts.
• Knowledge of Azure tools (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.
• Understanding of agile methodologies or product ownership principles.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop new reports and dashboards.
• Advise on data model design and architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data products with the product team.
• Define the purpose, roadmap and delivery of data products, from data pipelines through to the final dashboard.
