Jobtailor is seeking a senior sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of engineering services clients across automotive, railway, aerospace, military and defence sectors. You will lead negotiations, build strategic account plans, develop new business, and collaborate with engineering delivery teams to align capabilities with client needs.

Fluency in English and French is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new business.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, from engineering teams to executive management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales within engineering services, technical consulting or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Railway, Aerospace, Military & Defence sectors.
• Demonstrated success in both account management and new business acquisition.
• Experience selling engineering consultancy, project services or technical staffing solutions highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and French; professional Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop trusted relationships with engineering, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Understand clients’ business challenges and identify opportunities to expand Expleo’s engineering service offering.
• Build and execute strategic account development plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within the Engineering market.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events and market intelligence.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and contract signature.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and engineering delivery teams to match customer requirements with the right technical expertise.
• Manage forecasts, sales reporting and CRM activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Recruitment, Delivery Managers and HR to ensure successful project execution.
