Accenture Belgium is seeking a Banking Consultant to help lead innovative client projects across the financial services industry. You will grow your banking knowledge, support shaping and delivering client solutions, and manage your own scope with a dedicated team.

You will guide international IT transformational programs, deliver high-value outcomes, and leverage AI to elevate the client experience while strengthening Accenture’s global banking network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking domain (payments, cards, credits, accounts).
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English required.
• Experience in resource management, team coaching, scope and risk management, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project estimation, planning, and delivery management frameworks.
• Familiarity with different delivery methodologies and near-/off-shore teams.
• Strong people management skills and ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs.
• Affinity with AI is a plus.
