CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an Alliance Director to lead a major strategic client partnership in Brussels. The role requires executive sponsorship, deep client understanding, and the ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and value creation across a complex, multi-country portfolio.

You will oversee a high-performing matrix organisation, negotiate contracts, and steer governance, ensuring alignment between client objectives and CBRE’s service outcomes.

Formación

• Significant experience leading large, complex client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Proven accountability for P&L management and commercial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with senior executives.
• Experience in facilities management or related workplace solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive governance forums and align strategic objectives with delivery.
• Own the account's financial performance and account business plan.
• Provide strategic direction across multiple service lines and geographies.
• Develop leadership capability and succession planning for the account.
• Champion client voice and drive value through innovation and service excellence.
