CBRE is seeking an Alliance Director in Belgium to lead a major strategic client partnership across multi-country operations. You will act as executive sponsor, shaping business outcomes and driving growth with CBRE's integrated facilities management solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep client insights, and the ability to manage a high-performing matrix organisation across geographies, delivering value and continuous improvement for the client and CBRE.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Proven accountability for substantial P&L management and commercial performance.
• Demonstrated success influencing and engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience operating within complex, matrixed, and multi-regional organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract management, governance, and negotiation.
• Proven track record of developing growth strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Strong leadership capabilities with geographically dispersed teams.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
