Donaldson is seeking an Area Sales Manager to strengthen and grow aftermarket sales across BENELUX from Belgium. You will manage key accounts, expand distributor networks, and partner with Terrassa (Spain) and Leuven (Belgium) teams to deliver tailored filtration solutions.
The role requires regular travel within the region (about 50%), a engineering degree, and at least two years in technical B2B sales, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.

The Area Sales Manager works closely with our inbound sales organization in Terrassa (Spain) and cross-functional teams in Leuven (Belgium), in partnership with regional sales representatives and aftermarket managers.
This position focuses on maintaining strong relationships and expanding business within various customer segments, including OEMs, resellers, distributors, and large end-users.
The selected candidate will be based in Belgium.
