Swatch is seeking a Sales Associate (M/F/X) in Antwerpen to serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of welcome and customer experience. You will advise on and sell products, welcome customers, and contribute to loyalty and store objectives.

The role requires flexibility, commercial focus, and a passion for watches, with weekend availability and a part-time 32h contract. Benefits include insurance, meal vouchers, ecocheques, and travel reimbursements.

• Commercial and customer-oriented: sales-focused and always place the customer at the center of your priorities, in order to respond effectively to their needs and build a lasting business relationship

• Communication skills: you communicate easily with customers and colleagues. Being present at events appeals to you and will enable you to develop your network of new customers

Responsabilités

• Advice on and sale of products presented in the shop
• Welcoming customers
• Customer acquisition and loyalty
• Advising customers and helping them with their choices
• Replenishing and storing products
• Active participation in team meetings
• Cleaning and tidying the Store if needed
• Assisting colleagues during sales (service, gift-wrapping, etc.)
• Contribute to the achievement of shop objectives
• Compliance with rules and regulations (Dresscode, etc.)
• Maintain and improve own knowledge of products and techniques,
• Participation in training sessions,
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues
