Job summary

Quantum seeks a senior specialist to lead the positioning, technical sales and design of storage solutions across Enterprise, Finance, Research, Education, Government, and more. You will serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on implementation and performance, collaborating with product engineering to refine solutions.

Fluency in English and German is required, along with a CS degree and 5+ years in a tech-support role.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in both spoken and written English & German.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification with 5+ years of experience in a Tech-support role.
Strong knowledge in enterprise storage solutions and customers.
Experience with Primary, Secondary and Hybrid Storage technologies.
Knowledge of M&E technologies, workflows, and applications.
Experience with data protection, backup, recovery, data preservation and archival methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead in positioning, technical sales and design of storage solutions for multiple industry verticals.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support for Quantum solutions.
Collaborate with product engineering and partners to improve solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and build relationships.
Lead design of innovative storage solutions and align with customer outcomes and market trends.
Participate in on-call rotations.
