The Hoxton Brussels is offering an internship focused on delivering exceptional hospitality. You will be the welcoming face, manage guest arrivals, assist teams with bookings and overbooking levels, and provide recommendations on local shows and pop-ups. An energetic, guest-centric attitude is essential.

Responsibilities include handling phones, administrative tasks, and contributing to memorable guest experiences while working closely with Front Office and other hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Mandatory internship agreement is required.
• You are an individual who can be yourself, not a corporate stereotype.
• Passion for hospitality in food, drink, events or a bed for the night.
• You aim to leave guests with a memorable experience.

Responsabilités

• Be the first face guests see, make them feel welcome and special.
• Handle guest arrivals, settle bills accurately.
• Collaborate with teams to manage bookings and overbooking levels.
• Answer phones, handle requests, suggest shows and pop-up restaurants.
• Act as gatekeeper for the hotel and maintain organization.
• Light admin tasks like expenses, lists and stationery orders.

What you\'ll do

• \'You\'re the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we\'re always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you\'re the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to
• You\'re our gatekeeper for the hotel. You know who\'s who and what\'s what.
• And yes, there\’s a little admin... Some expenses, some lists and a stationary order or two. But let\’s face it, we know you love that!
