The Hoxton Brussels recherche un stagiaire en hôtellerie pour une expérience pratique au sein de notre hôtel emblématique. Vous serez en première ligne pour accueillir les clients, gérer l’arrivée et le départ, et coordonner avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer une expérience mémorable.

Ce stage d’au moins 3 mois offre une rémunération de 550 €/mois en Belgique, remboursement de 80% des frais de transport, et des avantages tels que nourriture pendant les shifts et une nuit gratuite à

• Stage obligatoire avec convention de stage

Responsabilités

• Vous êtes la première personne que les clients rencontrent et veillez à leur accueil personnalisé.
• Gérer l’arrivée et le départ des clients et vérifier les factures.
• Collaborer avec toutes les équipes et aider le Front Office Manager en cas d’overbooking.
• Répondre au téléphone, gérer les demandes et recommander les spectacles et restaurants à proximité.

What You'll Do…

• You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way


• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises


• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels


• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to


• You’re our gatekeeper for the hotel. You know who’s who and what’s what.


• And yes, there’s a little admin... Some expenses, some lists and a stationary order or two. But let’s face it, we know you love that!
