Beautiful Sports is seeking an events coordinator to manage client relationships, work autonomously, and apply technical expertise across our sporting events.

You will handle logistical support, inventory maintenance, on-site event coordination, liaising with external providers, coordinating participants, and producing post-event reports, while also assisting with administrative tasks for annual leagues and events.

Responsabilités

• Logistical Support: Manage the organisation and preparation of sports events.
• Monitor the inventory of equipment useful for events, ensure stock availability and organise their maintenance.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the setup and on-site management during events (installation, logistics, security).
• Be the point of contact for external providers (caterers, security, technical services).
• Supervise the setup and dismantling of the venues for our events.
• Management of Partners and Participants: Assist in communication with sports teams, referees, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the reception of participants and ensure they have all the necessary information.
• Manage registrations, participant lists and event-related information.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Produce post-event reports to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect feedback from participants and partners.
• Contribute to the preparation of summary presentations for the team.
• Administrative Support: Assist with customer support related to our annual leagues and sporting events.
• Participate in the preparation of logistical files and necessary permit requests
